Information we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or request support, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the description of your request.

We do not use advertising trackers. Analytics, if enabled in future, will only run with your consent.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotations, provide support, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates.

How requests are currently delivered

At present, submitted forms are validated in your browser and then handed to WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send the message. This website does not yet store your form details. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy policy.

Storage and access

Information you send us is accessible only to authorized REON TECH KE staff who need it to respond. When online submissions move to our secure database, access will be restricted by role and logged.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of client relationships, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

In line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
